All units include: Microwave, Refrigerator, TV (including HBO, YEs, MSG, Discover, TNT, CNN), Air Conditioning, Heat, Hot Water. Private Bathrooms, Fully Furnished. Rates include all utilities. Some units available with full kitchenette.

Rates do not include Ulster County taxes or security deposit.

All rentals are subject to a security deposit plus applicable tax.
